Our Beginning

Woodland Fair Pieczynski & Sons was first established in 1972 in Clinton, Iowa. Original partners were Waclow and his son Jim and Joe. The unique company name was created as they would put wood on land for a fair price.

In 1986, Joe moved out to Des Moines and continued to follow in his father’s footsteps in construction, working under the name of Woodland Fair Construction. While his brother Jim continues to work in Clinton under the name of Woodland Fair Building and Remodel. Waclow has since passed away in 2000.

Woodland Fair Construction Company is a remodeling company that can accommodate any need. We work in both residential and commercial projects. We work closely with architects, businesses and homeowners on a personal level. No job is to large or small. We are there for you from start to finish.

Joe takes pride in not only being the owner but also works closely with the clients to make sure everything runs smoothly. Providing excellence in quality workmanship that has continues to win clients over and over again. Referrals are available upon request.
